TERMS OF SALE

A term of sale is the agreed method by which the sale will be processed. Terms of Sale govern the sale of Nilefy.com products to consumers. To use this site you must agree to those terms
You agree that you will pay for all products that you purchase and that nilefy.com may charge your payment method for any product purchased. It may be occurred by or in connection with your account.
Your responsibility is to pay for all fees and to provide Nilefy.com with a valid payment method for payment of all fees.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITION

In order to ensure that your delivery is successful, your gift receiver must be present to receive the gift at the agreed upon day and time window. If the gift receiver agrees, we will send you a delivery report including photographs of your friend receiving your gift. If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will let know immediately and a re-delivery fee may be applied to your order. The receiver will sign the Delivery Order Note in the presence of the Delivery Company representative to indicate your delivery has been received. He/she will examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, he/she will retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the Delivery Note and contact us within 48 hours of your delivery. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents the acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Our clients have the option to pay products fees in US Dollars, Euros and Rwandan francs.
Nilefy.com uses an automated payment processing system and only accepts credit card, MTN mobile money, tigo cash or PayPal payments. All Subscribers are required to maintain valid payment information for the processing of any applicable product fees. All fees must be paid in full.
Any applications or requests for services will be declined if payment cannot be successfully processed within 72 hours of the order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Any items sold on Nilefy.com can be returned. There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Nilefy.com.
N.B Please remember that you can only replace products that you receive damaged, defective or incorrect:
If your receiver received a damaged, faulty, defective or incorrect product, he/she must inform us within three working days of expected delivery of the goods if they are lost or damaged in transit so that we can correct the problem.
The products must be returned in the same condition in which he/she received them, which means in perfect shape, complete with all their unused components, with all original packaging and any provided instructions, with labels and tags still attached to the products. The items will be looked over and checked to see that everything has been returned intact.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, a refund is initiated immediately. The refund will be made using the same method of payment originally used for the purchase (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.)
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
